Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were superb, although the shower's positioning in the tub was a bit odd. The service was excellent throughout, with incredibly helpful and efficient staff. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Aldstadt, surrounded by vibrant restaurants and shops. The dining experience was satisfactory, not as expensive as expected, but with limited choices.
The hotel had super chic well-designed and comfortable rooms but was too hot and had very soft and uncomfortable pillows. The location in the old town was noisy, specifically on weekends, missing a swimming pool for a 5-star experience. The dining was pricey and limited, with disappointing choices both inside and on the terrace.
The hotel's classic and elegant rooms, while overlooking the courtyard, were barely suitable for three adult guests but would have been okay for two. The service was polite and friendly, though a bit overloaded during busy times. The location, superb for city lovers, is just 1 minute away from the old town and river, with countless attractions within walking distance. Dining, however, was a little disappointing compared to high standards.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were classic and elegant but incredibly small. The service was very friendly and accommodating, offering a free drink during check-in and being very discreet. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to the restaurant street and the water, although the rooms were small. The dining was satisfactory with a good menu choice, and the facilities were convenient.
The hotel rooms were quite what I expected, cozy and calm. However, some improvements are needed to make them more convenient, like additional mirrors and luggage storage. I couldn't seem to get the heating to a happy medium.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were super chic, well-designed, and very comfortable, overlooking a beautiful fountain in the inner courtyard. However, the attic room at the end of the corridor made it a bit challenging for housekeeping to reach us easily.
